During this brief conversation, we'll: - Share how our methodology might address your needs - Answer your initial questions about our process - Determine if proceeding to the full Strategic Discovery is the right next step This no-pressure conversation is designed to save us both time and ensure we only work with organizations where we can deliver exceptional results. Note: If we mutually determine that Mensah & Co.® is the right partner for your needs, the next step would be our Strategic Discovery Application with a $197 non-refundable deposit (applied toward any future package).
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Confirmation - Your booking is confirmed once you receive our email confirmation. Rescheduling - Need to change your appointment? No problem! You can reschedule once at no cost if done at least 24 hours before your scheduled call. Please use our online rescheduling tool or contact us directly. Cancellations - We understand plans change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled call will receive be allowed to rescheduled. For cancellations within 24 hours of the call, the booking fee is non-refundable but can be applied to a future session within 30 days. No-shows - If you miss your call without notice, the booking fee is non-refundable. We value your time and ask that you value ours too. Late arrivals: We'll do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but your session may need to be shortened to end at the scheduled time. Booking window - Calls can be booked up to 30 days in advance. If you need a session sooner, please contact us directly for last-minute availability. We're excited to speak with you!
